An individual housing contract is a per-room housing contract, meaning you sign a contract for your bedroom and shared common areas, such as the living room or kitchen. This means resident will not be held liable if their roommate misses a payment or transfers to a new school.

Making your monthly installment payments has never been easier! You can make your payments online and even set up recurring payments for hassle-free billing. Residents may also drop off a check at our leasing office.

Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month and are considered late if received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th).
